Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.

International Shipments

We offer international shipping to the following countries: European Union, United States.

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT) imposed when the shipment reaches the destination country. Strike3D.eu is not responsible for these additional charges, which are your responsibility as the customer.

How can I check the status of an order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for monitoring its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive the order within X days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the website chat, specifying your name and order number, and we will conduct the necessary checks.
